Biking
This will take a while..
I finally tried out my new bike today. Cycled to school and back. My control of the bike was quite fine, seeing as the last time I cycled was years back. However I found out that my legs' overall stamina were.. dismal at best. I guess I'll have to train them back up; my leg muscles are thick but I still have absolutely no idea what they do.
Oh, and anyone knows how those adjustable things on the handles work? Gears or something?
Preparation for the Singapore Science & Engineering Fair (SSEF) isn't going quite well for the team. I've identified 3 major sources of concern. One, time is catching up with us, I doubt we can make good at this rate. Two, we still lack a supervising supervisor who specialises in our obscure topic. Three, the mathematics involved is simply too complicated for us to master at this level of education.
Personally, I think our leader is very ambitious; the project topic was selected based on it's potential to win an award, not based on passion for an idea. And I feel that's sort of a wrong motive. I've set myself a deadline, I will pull out if necessary. This is also because my December is rather packed, and I can't do much good then. Nonetheless, for now I will still try to learn some difficult equations.
I've got a new handphone. Again, I didn't exactly want it. Initially I requested for a new one because I thought that some models had a sound jack similar to the computer's, until I found out that wasn't the case. So a few months passed, and I was just passed this one. Now I suppose I'll have to learn how to use this then.
