Gone Physical

I took my NAFTA (re)test today. Failed my 2.4 km run by 10 seconds! Probably due to lack of exercise, but at least I didn't stop to walk AT ALL. The PE teacher actually offered to 'adjust' my timing, but I declined. My vertical pull-ups were a 0 again. My arms simply don't have the strength. I've taken to lifting weights, but I don't see how effective it will be, as I can't even manage the 5 kg dumbbells.
It's likely I'll get muscle aches for the next few days. I suppose that's the price of doing too little physical exertions.

Meanwhile I haven't really started my revision. Humanities isn't likely to work out, though if I fail I should be able to appeal based on my other results which are hopefully better.
Rarely, I have a sudden urge and do a lot of work in a short time. I wish it'd be easy to turn on this hyperdrive (if Ican find it). I hope I can at least complete my papers.
