The Heat Is On

Flames that still Burn.. It's worth my time, or is it not?

I certainly hope so. I've joined the inter-house debate competition. Mostly because of one topic, the merger. Here we go again! The good thing is that I got a committed talented team to work with, the bad thing is that the competition itself may be limiting.
After all this effort in typing, I sometimes wonder if it is all in vain. I mean, is there really any purpose in defending Victoria? Heh, I'm not interested in discussing that right now, for I am prepared for the challenges and content to do my best.

Yesterday was labour day. I went out with my class of Meridian PAE. It was good fun, and exercise too. I realized that as I have trained, my fitness did improve reflexes, to some extent. I have also learnt within the past month that I slide easily into the defender position. It doesn't come with the glam of scoring, and is often ignored. Yet perhaps I like it that way.
