NO-DAY
Are not sporting events a waste of time and pain through losses? I will not be carried away, yet shall I continue to give my support.
Today we were given a full day off due to the achievements lately. And I spent it in school activities. First there was a geography end-of-term lecture quiz. My class only had 6 geog students, and all turned up. The first round wasn't particularly fair, too much was based on 'luck'. However we made a comeback in the 3rd round, and doubled our score to get 2nd place. No prizes, though.
I also had to rush home to grab $160 for camp fees, apparently my edusave couldn't get through. And I thought there was $300+ when I called just a few weeks back. Doesn't make sense.. Anyway, I've also managed to aquire wireless internet network access in VJC. And I started gaming with it. lolz
Afterwards, I went off to cheer for 2 sporting finals, one after another. VJC won girls' basketball against RJC, but lost girls' soccer against SAJC. I got to swing the flag during basketball, but some Student Council girls were loath to part with it, even when their swinging was weak. I mean, they think it's their duty, but if I can do it better than why not? Their energy is better spent leading cheers. The guys were easier to convince letting me have the flag, though. At soccer, the goal VJ let in was a bit silly, if one might say. And I won't describe it.
The June break is about here. Aside from camps, I really don't what I'm going to do with my time. I will be trying to look for people to tutor, free. Or to put it nicer, study with. I won't end up studying if left to myself.
