Shadow of Intent

This year shall I reign in all the matters which ought to have been your duties, save in the carnal. This is but one of many steps I must take so that I may accelerate.

Oft have I heard of this thing called 'fault'. I believe that if people were less inclined to lay blame, and instead seek to find a solution, we might further grow in charity. Passing fault around doesn't help, rather it causes people to see a problem larger than it really is. As for creating blame, this is a truly pointless act that has led many to hurt. There is the issue where humans are not aware of their words, and thus anger finds it root. I must learn to do the difficult, as not to judge.

Now these are the priorities that are to guide my life in the future. Whether I can hold to them remains to be seen, although I know that except God help me, I shall fail. Above all, I shall dedicate my life, mortal and immortal, unto Christ alone. The next objective shall be to find love and joy, not as distinct entities, but together. Following which is the concept of God's divine will, that I may tread the paths He chose on this earth. Thereafter I must pursue the various strengths I need. As one may so notice, these goals do overlap. Yet this is not to be mocked, for to have several different goals may result in confusion and indecision. Also I have begun to see the greater implications of intangible qualities.

I expect the later half of the year to be especially rife with academic challenges. But I do not intend to merely await it's onset, rather I will attempt to seek encounter ahead of time. May not this come to nought.

Few things in life do I fear, but the few have become more prominent in the past year. Despite once seeing myself as nigh fearless, I now seek courage. Indeed, my aspirations may either raise me up, or cast me down. Yet I will press on, so that I may move forward with determination, regardless of the outcomes. I must hold true to my motives.
